To my grief I noticed that TV-frame pulses are not properly
separated anymore. There is a strong tendency to have at least
one "-1000000"-pulse amongst proper measurements to be averaged.
So let not the future generations use this ASA receand
especially do not trust to the two-hour averages!!!
